2. Updating and maintaining employee records and databases
3. Assisting in performance management processes, such as conducting employee evaluations
4. Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed
5. Assisting with other HR projects and initiatives as required
6. Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation processes
7. Supporting HR team in organizing training and development programs
