As an L&D intern, you ll play a crucial role in supporting our L&D efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of learning and development and gain hands-on experience. This role requires work from the office, where you will closely collaborate with the HR team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with department heads and L&D managers to identify training needs based on organizational goals
2. Create engaging and interactive learning content using a variety of media and instructional techniques
3. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars
4. Stay updated on e-learning trends & tools to enhance training delivery accessibility
