Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Review resumes and pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions.
3. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates to provide necessary information and updates.
4. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
5. Assist with the coordination of on-site interviews, including greeting candidates and providing logistical support.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
