As an HR intern at Crompton Greaves Consumer Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of Human Resources. Your role will involve working closely with the HR team to support various initiatives and projects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters
2. Manage and update employee records and databases using MS Excel to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
3. Support the performance management process by tracking employee evaluations and assisting in performance reviews
4. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events
5. Help with training and development programs, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation
6. Collaborate with the HR team on various employee relations and compliance projects
7. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing documents and answering employee inquiries
