Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with enterprise functions prior to joining to ensure a smooth transition.
2. Facilitate the onboarding process, including induction sessions, documentation, buddy coordination, and welcome mailers.
3. Conduct post-joining follow-ups to ensure all documents are signed and completed, follow up on pending items, and update records.
4. Manage employee data by providing necessary information to relevant team members and maintaining records for new joiners.
5. Assist with the exit process by scheduling exit interviews and preparing experience letters.
6. Facilitate HR engagement and culture-building initiatives.
