Human Resources (HR) Internship

We are looking for an intern who is proficient in spoken and written English. Someone who enjoys organization and is extremely detail-oriented. In this role, you will be working majorly with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, and have an opportunity to explore different ATS platforms and other internal dashboards. You will also have the chance to work on Canva and we need you to have a strong sense of design and aesthetic. You will not be limited to one aspect of the HR world but instead will have the chance to support and learn from the entire team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Documentation and compliance: Creating and filing documents and letters related to employee life-cycle and ensuring our office records are complete and in sync with our Google Drive files
2. Admin team PoC: Ensure employees have a smooth experience when booking travel and accommodation and ensure clear communication between the admin and HR team which includes coordinating logistics and activities for off-site events or meetings
3. Master data: Ensuring complete historical and continued accuracy of our master data
4. Engagement: Organizing and facilitating fun activities to enhance employee engagement and morale, like the happiness survey, kudos (A GIST Impact initiative), monthly and year-end engagement activities, etc.
5. Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as needed
