Job Title: HR Intern - Culture Branding

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team and assist in developing and promoting our company culture branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, a creative mindset, and a strong interest in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. As an HR Intern specializing in culture branding, you will work closely with the HR team to implement strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and brand reputation.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute culture branding initiatives aligned with the company's values and goals
2. Assist in creating compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and internal communications, to promote our company culture both internally and externally
3. Conduct research on industry best practices and trends related to employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and employer branding
4. Help design and administer employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of culture branding efforts
5. Assist in developing training materials and resources to educate employees and managers on our company culture, values, and diversity initiatives
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including data entry, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records
