Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Screening incoming resumes and application forms
3. Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and creating interview lineups
4. Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs
5. Planning and executing employee engagement activities
6. Assisting the manager in the generation of various reports from the data provided
7. Analyzing given data and preparing comparative presentations
8. Conducting market research on trends and techniques
9. Supporting the HR team in administering employee benefits programs
10. Aiding the development and management of wellness programs
