Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or data entry systems.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
6. Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to various HR functions.
