About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
5. Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.
6. Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
7. Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

7. Prior internship or work experience in HR recruitment is a plus, but not required.

8. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
