About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supporting training programs by assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, including scheduling, sending invites, preparing materials, and managing logistics
2. Helping develop training materials, presentations, and other learning resources in collaboration with the L&D team
3. Assisting in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading courses, tracking attendance, and maintaining accurate training records
4. Aiding in employee communication regarding upcoming learning opportunities and encouraging participation through email and other channels
5. Collecting post-training evaluations and feedback from participants to help assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
6. Supporting the tracking and reporting of key L&D metrics such as participation rates, completion rates, and training feedback
7. Performing general administrative duties, including organizing training materials, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings with external trainers or internal stakeholders
8. Conducting research on the latest L&D trends, tools, and methodologies to support the team in continuous improvement efforts

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
2. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. A keen interest in learning and development, human resources, or organizational psychology
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
7. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
