Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support in onboarding new employees by preparing documents, coordinating orientation sessions, and updating employee records
2. Support in maintaining and updating HR databases and employee files
3. Collaborate with the operations team to streamline HR processes and implement efficiency improvements
4. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
