We are seeking a dedicated intern to join our dynamic HR team at L&T Realty.who will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions to support organizational goals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with department heads and employees to identify skill gaps and training needs.
2. Conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
3. Design and develop training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to organizational needs.
4. Create engaging and interactive content, including presentations, manuals, and other training materials.
5. Facilitate training sessions
6. Maintain accurate records of training activities.

3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
