About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in planning and coordinating campus recruitment activities, including organizing campus visits, career fairs, and on-campus interviews.
2. Assist in scheduling, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating assessments for campus hires.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of the Young Leadership Program, aimed at identifying and nurturing future leaders within the organization.
