We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to various HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in coordinating HR Operation activities such as onboarding and documentation process.
2. Support in the maintenance and updation of employee records and databases.
3. Help organize meetings for new joiners and assist in induction.
4. Respond to HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Assist in drafting and distributing official HR communications and documents.

Requirements:
1. Recent graduate with degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
4. Basic knowledge of HR functions is a plus.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
