About the internship

Job Title: Intern - Human Resources
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Work from Office position)
Company Overview: Social Pill is a leading digital agency that specializes in digital marketing, social media management, SEM, SEO web development, design, etc.

Key responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: including sourcing, screening, interviewing
Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees
HR Policies and Compliance: Assist in developing implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in HR preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Need to have your laptop
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 to 6 months
Salary: 5,000 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
