Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing operational tasks such as onboarding, documentation, data management, and background verification (BGV).
2. Assisting in employee engagement activities and supporting various HR initiatives.
3. Ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of employee records.
4. Supporting the HR team with process improvement initiatives to streamline HR operations.
5. Assisting with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling other administrative tasks.
6. Using social media and professional networks to help build the company's employer brand.
7. Supporting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and assisting with talent acquisition when needed.
