About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting and collating research to build and/ update and gather content for the course
2. Assisting in the design and development of training materials and resources
3. Coordinating training sessions and workshops for front-end employees
4. Assisting with the creation of e-learning modules
5. Tracking and maintaining training records and attendance
6. Competition analysis Research on L&D initiatives of other brands from the service sector (Fashion, Apparel, electronics, FMCG)
