About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and different stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
2. Conducting cold calling to potential candidates and engaging them in discussions about career opportunities at Tata projects.
3. Posting job openings on various platforms and channels to attract qualified candidates.
4. Willingness to travel as per business requirements to participate in recruitment events, job fairs, campus drives, and site visits.
5. Assisting with office administration tasks, including maintaining records, managing databases, and organizing documents.
6. Conducting market mapping and headhunting activities to identify potential candidates for specific roles within the organization.
7. Collaborating with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes, implement best practices, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
