Human Resources (HR) Internship

Are you a driven, detail-oriented individual with a passion for Human Resources? Join The Sleep Company team as our HR Intern and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices
3. Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. This may involve comparing candidate qualifications to job requirements and making initial assessments
4. Conduct Initial Interviews: Assist in conducting initial phone or video interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization
5. Coordinate Interviews: Help schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels and this includes sending interview invitations, managing interview schedules, and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place
6. Assist with Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their application status, scheduling interviews, and responding to inquiries
