About the internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at UniAcco, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve assisting with various HR tasks and projects, while also providing support to the HR team.
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and assisting with orientation sessions.
3. Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and resolving employee issues.
4. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
5. Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers.
6. Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement programs and training sessions.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
