We're looking for an HR intern who'd assist the senior manager from talent management team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the review of new HR policies in conformity with legal and business requirements of multiple countries
2. Assist in drafting new or revised human resources policies
3. Update and manage human resource policies and ensure that all policies are up-to-date as per ongoing changes in employment laws
4. Completion of policy awareness declaration by all employees on Myspace on an annual basis
5. Liaise and partner with other functions
6. Judicious use of natural resources
7. Updating MIS/reports
8. Shall adhere to the environmental health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization
The internship shall be extended to a year if the candidate is comfortable.

3. are available for duration of 6 months
