Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with automating the onboarding processes, including designing content using audio and video components
2. Work with different departments to design functional, process-specific content
3. Help with shooting employee videos and interviews
4. Edit the videos on tools and upload module-wise content on the learning portal
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to support continuous improvement within the HR department
