Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training programs
3. Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
4. Assist with employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns and providing guidance on company policies and procedures
5. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects, such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion programs
6. Assist with organizing company events and activities to promote a positive work culture
7. Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR processes
