About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews
2. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
3. Manage employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date
4. Support payroll processing and attendance management
5. Handle employee queries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures
6. Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in day-to-day operations.
7. Prepare HR reports and presentations as required
