1. Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with the setup of employee profiles in HR systems
3. Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries, maintaining employee files, and assisting with HR-related communications
4. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and training initiatives
5. Assist with HR administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining HR databases and systems
6. Collaborate with members of the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed
