Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
2. Maintaining and updating employee records using HRIS
3. Supporting HR team in organizing training and development programs
4. Handling employee inquiries and assist with HR-related communication
5. Assisting with performance management and evaluation processes
6. Utilizing MS-Office and MS-Excel for data analysis and reporting
7. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth HR operations
