About the internship

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Assist in job posting and applicant tracking.
2. Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
3. Participate in interview processes as needed.
4. Help maintain the HR database and records.
5. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
6. Assist in maintaining employee records and files.
7. Help coordinate training sessions and employee orientation.
8. Organize employee events and activities.
9. Contribute ideas for improving employee engagement.
10. Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
11. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
