About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and coordinating with candidates.
2. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Participate in the initial stages of candidate interviews and assessments.
4. Manage the interview scheduling process, ensuring timely communication between candidates and interviewers.
5. Coordinate interview logistics, including booking meeting rooms and setting up virtual interviews.
6. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
7. Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed and filed appropriately.
8. Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
9. Support the implementation of employee recognition programs and initiatives.
10. Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
11. Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
12. Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
13. Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
14. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
15. Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
16. Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
