About the internship
This is a full-time role based at NCR. You will be responsible for enrolments and team management, analytical skills, communication, training, and positioning the TE&R program as a consistently recommended service.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Be the primary contributor to the development and implementation of Talent Encouragement & Recruitment program (TE&R)
2. Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
3. Manage and organize each batch to ensure accurate employee participation & performance information
4. Channelize to actively communicate and collaborate with the dean, academic director, and placement directors to effectively pitch compelling aspects of TE&R program
5. Engage with universities/colleges/institutes to align and strongly imbibe the exceptional use case of TE&R program to needs and provides of their academic curriculum
6. Develop financial literacy curriculum improvisations for aspirant batches
7. Support training and development initiatives for the program, consistent performance assessment and management of current batches as well the final hires with TE&R practices

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per enrollment).
