4. Maintaining HR records and updating employee information in the HR system.
5. Assisting with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress.
6. Supporting HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs or employee engagement activities.
7. Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
