Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
5. Collaborate with team members on employee engagement initiatives and events.
6. Help with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback.
7. Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy of the company.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1500 per sale).
