About the internship
The candidate will be required to support employee engagement initiatives at RMSI.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support in planning and execution of Employee Engagement initiatives
2. Support in Rewards and Recognition initiatives at RMSI
3. Preparation of communication collaterals like mailers, posters, presentations, etc.
4. Carry out benchmarking of industry-best HR practices on a regular basis
5. Support internal and external branding of the organization through various employee forums, clubs and events
6. Support other key HR initiatives from time to time
Requirements:
1. 0 to 6 months of experience
2. Excellent communication skills are a must
3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
4. Creative Thinking
5. Ability to conceptualize and design engaging communication collaterals like posters, mailers, etc.
