Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support employee onboarding and orientation activities
3. Help with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating databases
4. Assist with organizing training and development programs for staff
5. Participate in employee relations activities and provide support to team members
6. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve company culture and employee engagement
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various tasks and projects to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR functions
