About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Implementing and monitoring internal HR systems and databases
2. Resolving employee grievances
3. Taking care of induction & onboarding and joining formalities
4. Implementing performance review procedures & issuing employment confirmation letters and increment letters
5. Initiating employee engagement
6. Handling separation & exit formalities
7. Designing compensation and benefits packages
8. Developing employee recognition and rewards programs
9. Administering compensation and payroll programs and ensuring accurate processing of payroll
10. Assisting in planning and conducting regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices
11. Identifying gaps, discrepancies, and areas of improvement based on audit findings and recommend corrective actions
12. Ensuring timely implementation of audit recommendations and monitoring their effectiveness
13. Handling concerns relating to compliances like provident fund, labor fund, etc.
