About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding processes
2. Update employee records and maintain employee files
3. Assist with exit interviews and offboarding procedures
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
5. Assist with job postings and sourcing candidates
6. Schedule interviews and coordinate the interview process
7. Assist with employee inquiries and concerns
8. Support employee relations initiatives and programs
9. Assist with conflict resolution and mediation
10. Perform data entry and maintain employee records
11. Assist with HR reporting and analytics
12. Support various HR projects and initiatives
13. Assist with training program coordination and logistics
14. Support employee development initiatives
15. Assist with performance management processes
16. Assist with benefits enrollment and administration
17. Support compensation analysis and benchmarking
