About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process for both clients and candidates
2. Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers and update all the parties involved via email/phone, as required
3. Ensure a good turn-up-to-line-up ratio with the desired conversion rate
4. Source candidates from active as well as passive sources, including portals and social media, as required
5. Maintain hiring and recruitment tracker with profiles, stages, and feedback
6. Engage in cold calling
7. Handle the pre-interview screening as per requirement and shortlisting of candidates
8. Align interviews with shortlisted candidates
9. Maintain/filter the CV database
10. Assist and coordinate the post-offer management
11. Ensure documentation is completed according to the company policy
12. Assist in redesigning the hiring process
13. Involve in new initiatives for hiring
14. Manage social media and innovative sources of hiring
15. Handle MIS/database management
16. Understand and direct recruiting-related questions and concerns to the right channel
17. Prepare and share reports and updated data on the company s ATS on a regular/daily basis
18. Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
19. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
20. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Note: The candidate should be able to work within defined timelines and goals.
