About the internship

Job Summary: Human Resources Manager

Overview:

Seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR functions for construction site projects. Responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, fostering employee relations, overseeing training, ensuring compliance, and administering compensation and benefits.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Lead recruitment efforts and onboarding for construction site personnel.
3. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
4. Coordinate training programs and career development initiatives.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's preferred.
2. Good management experience, preferably in construction.
3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic skills.
5. HR certification is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

1. Onsite work may be required.
2. Flexibility, analytical skills, and proficiency in HRIS.
