Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help with the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
2. Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
3. Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants
4. Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
5. Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role
6. Identify, attract, and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites and channels, such as LinkedIn and other social media
7. Identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy
