1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR team in conducting orientation sessions for new hires and processing employee paperwork.
3. Maintain and update employee records and assist in organizing HR files.
4. Collaborate with HR team to plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
5. Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
6. Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to provide recommendations for improvement.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
