About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing raining and development of new hires
2. Managing Employer-employee relations
3. Maintaining company culture
4. Handling disciplinary actions
5. Managing compensation and employee benefits
6. Creating and maintaining employees' payroll records in MS Excel
7. Overseeing recruitment and hiring processes
8. Planning and designing employee benefit packages
9. Executing the employee's annual review procedures
10. Maintaining a detailed record of the company's employees
11. Administering all hiring processes of new employees
12. Analyzing and monitoring all department budgets
13. Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department
14. Ensuring all employees comply with HR policies
15. Creating new HR policies and updating existing ones

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel MS-Office

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
