About the internship
We, at Resolute Solutions, are seeking a human resources associate to join our company. We are an IT services company based in Surat, Gujarat, and have been functioning for more than 10 years in providing web development and mobile application development services.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on end-to-end recruitment process includes candidate screening, calling, setting up interviews, discussing compensation packages and closing the vacancies
2. Working on employee on-boarding process in compliance with the company's policies and ensuring that all required documentation is in place
3. Managing employee exit formalities
4. Experience in managing Attendance and Payroll operations
5. Maintaining Employee relations to ensure smooth working of the organization
6. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
7. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
8. Maintaining all relevant HR records properly
9. Responsible for carrying out various daily and monthly activities related to the HR department
