As an image captioning quality control specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of image captions produced by the team. You will meticulously review captions against predefined criteria to uphold our standards and deliver an exceptional user experience to generate descriptive and engaging captions for a wide range of images.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Caption review: Conducting thorough reviews of image captions to assess that the matter is engaging, accurate, grammatically correct, and adherence to established guidelines.
2. Consistency check: Ensuring consistency in style, tone, and terminology across all captions, maintaining a cohesive brand voice and messaging.
3. Contextual analysis: Verifying that captions accurately reflect the content and context of the corresponding images, providing relevant and meaningful descriptions.
4. Error identification: Identifying and rectifying spelling, punctuation, and factual errors in captions, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
5. Feedback provision: Providing constructive feedback to captioning team members.
