As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns. You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers across various social media platforms.
Key responsibilities:
1. Influencer Identification: Research and identify relevant influencers within our industry or niche who align with our brand values and target audience demographics
2. Outreach and Relationship Management: Initiate and cultivate relationships with influencers through personalized outreach, negotiation, and ongoing communication to ensure alignment with campaign objectives
3. Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and brand identity
4. Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and content teams to develop impactful influencer marketing campaigns from concept to execution
Requirements:
1. Proven track record of success in influencer marketing, with relevant experience in a similar role
2. An existing network of influencer contacts and industry connections is a must
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
4. Experience with a range of influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus
5. Creative thinker with a keen eye for identifying unique partnership opportunities and innovative campaign ideas
