Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing strategies and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, has a keen eye for trends, and is eager to learn about building brand partnerships with Influencers.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and Analysis: Identify potential influencers that align with our brand values and target audience. Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on influencer marketing trends.
2. Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
3. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for influencer collaborations, including briefs, social media posts, and promotional materials.
4. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Communication: Build and maintain relationships with influencers and their teams. Assist in outreach efforts and follow-up communications.
6. Social Media Management: Support the management of our social media channels, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
7. Reporting: Help compile reports on campaign performance and influencer partnerships, highlighting key metrics and outcomes

Other requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer culture.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with social media analytics tools.
6. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
