Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Bachelor of business administration (BBA)/master of business administration (MBA): Courses include sales & marketing, business strategy, consumer behavior, digital marketing, and CRM (customer relationship management).

2. Bachelor of commerce (B.Com)/master of commerce (M.Com): Courses include marketing management, financial accounting, business law, and entrepreneurship.

3. Bachelor of marketing (or marketing specialization): Courses include advertising, market research, digital marketing, sales techniques, and public relations.

4. Bachelor of arts (BA)/master of arts (MA) in communication/psychology: Courses include communication studies, public relations, consumer psychology, negotiation skills, and behavioral economics.

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 500000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 300 per sale).
