Inside Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls: Contact potential customers to inform them about products and services.
2. Receive inbound calls: Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries or concerns.
3. Update project plans: Assist in updating timelines and schedules for ongoing projects.
4. Maintain call records: Document details of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
5. Coordinate team meetings: Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
6. Generate leads and follow up: Identify potential leads and follow up to convert them into opportunities.
7. Prepare documentation and reporting: Create daily and weekly reports on project status and call activities.
8. Assist in project execution: Support project managers in coordinating tasks and resources.
9. Manage customer relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
10. Participate in training and development: Engage in training sessions to enhance skills in telecalling and project management.
