Inside Sales Internship

Variety Innovation Venture Pvt. Ltd., a Gurgaon-based leading provider of industrial collaborative robotics and automation solutions, is currently seeking a positive, motivated inside sales intern to be part of our top-notch team. The inside sales intern will have an important role working with an experienced team of professionals.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
2. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
3. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email
4. Keeping up with product and service information and updates
5. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
6. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
7. Staying informed about competing products and services
8. Upselling products and services
9. Researching and qualifying new leads
10. Closing sales and achieving sales targets

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or pursuing B.Tech/B.Sc/BBA/MBA/M.Tech
2. Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Hubspot
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
6. Excellent phone and cold calling skills
7. Strong listening and sales skills
8. Ability to achieve targets
