About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers
2. Establishing relationships with the company's customers
3. Understanding customer requirements and providing insights for product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback
4. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
5. Maintaining a database of current as well as prospective customers
6. Operating in a fast-moving, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
7. Ensuring full legal and ethical compliance and conducting business at all times and under all circumstances
8. Converting leads received through various marketing channels
9. Ensuring customer satisfaction with effective communication
10. Advising higher management about customer needs and requirements
11. Demonstrating strong problem-solving ability and paying strong attention to detail

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 18th Jul'24 and 22nd Aug'24

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Graduate fresher

2. Excellent communication Skills

3. Willing to Dial 150 leads per day

4. Internship experience in B2C sales and Inside Sales from the EdTech industry is an added advantage

5. Must be a team player

6. Identify and develop sources to increase sales leads

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills timely reporting as required
