About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
2. Build relationships with the company's customers.
3. Understand customer requirements and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on customer feedback.
4. Generate references from the existing customer base to expand the sales pipeline.
5. Maintain a database of current and prospective customers.
6. Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
7. Ensure legal and ethical compliance while conducting business at all times.
8. Convert leads received through various marketing channels.
9. Communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Advise higher management on customer needs and requirements.
11. Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 29th Aug'24 and 3rd Oct'24

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Be a recent graduate or a fresh graduate.

2. Exhibit excellent communication skills.

3. Commit to dialing 100 leads per day.

4. Prior internship experience in B2C sales or inside sales within the EdTech industry is a plus.

5. Demonstrate strong teamwork abilities.

6. Identify and develop sources to increase sales leads.

7. Provide excellent written and verbal communication, and ensure timely reporting as required.
